She is a Lighting Designer and Project Manager at Brite Ideas in Los Angeles, overseeing the installation of audio, video, and lighting for corporate and exclusive events. Ebony has worked at the Arkansas Repertory Theater and was lighting director at the Big Top Chautauqua music festival in Wisconsin.Ebony dedicates her energy to collaborate with artists, designers, and productions that feature and uplift BIPOC populations. She actively mentors other female BIPOC students and has served on the diversity panel for the Queer People of Color Festival at UC, Irvine.

Miguel is an American illustrator and comic book creator living in Paris with his co-writer Suzy Dias. Together they founded 7 Robots Inc with comic book titles such as Samurai Elf, Wolf Boy & His Magical Warriors, and Past Due, a satirical comic about powerful corporations forcing creating a world in which people must pay for superhero insurance.
For Halloween 2020, they released Ghost Metal, a comic book of horror stories, available for FREE on WEBTOON or 7robots.com. Miguel illustrates for the economist Steve Keen and is an independent artist creating book covers, logos, full comics, and commissions.

Stage manager Cody Renard Richard discusses his finances from growing up in Houston, Texas to moving to NYC and stage managing on Broadway.
Cody Renard Richard is a stage manager for Broadway, television, circus, and opera. Most recently he was production stage manager for Broadway’s Freestyle Love Supreme and he worked on the 2020 MTV VMAs.Other credits include: 12 Broadway shows, Cirque Du Soleil: OVO, 2019 Tony Awards, Jesus Christ Superstar Live!, Hairspray Live!, and The Wize Live!Cody is also an educator and an advocate for change and equity, and has been interviewed on CNN and WNBC. He was named one of Variety Magazine’s 2020 Broadway Players To Watch—the first ever Stage Manager to make that list.
He established the Cody Renard Richard Scholarship with the Broadway Advocacy Coalition for BIPOC non-performance theatre college students.

Screenwriter and director Kevin T Morales discusses his finances from growing up in Los Angeles, directing theatre in San Francisco, and moving to New York City to write and direct films.
Today’s guest is screenwriter and director Kevin T Morales. Originally from Los Angeles, he has been artistic director of two theatre companies in California and has worked post production in Hollywood. Since 2008 he has been based in Brooklyn with his wife and two children. Kevin has worked at the New York Public Theatre and last year shot his feature film Generation Wrecks. This summer, he shot another film during quarantine titled Shadow Vaults and is in pre production for his film No Fucks To Give.

Actor Geovonday Jones discusses his financial journey from growing up in St. Louis to moving to New York City and establishing a career of acting, directing, and teaching theatre.
Geovonday Jones is an actor, director, and educator based in Brooklyn. He has directed Stephen Adly Guirgis’ Motherf-er with the Hat and Suzan-Lori Park’s In The Blood. Geo has also directed concerts and operas, as well as been an acting coach for opera singers. As an actor he has been in Lynn Nottage’s Sweat and Tarell Alvin McCraney’s The Brother Size.
Currently, Geo is on faculty at The People’s Improv Theatre teaching Scene Study from the BIPOC perspective and is adjunct faculty at Brooklyn College and The City College of New York where he developed the popular course entitled Theatre and Racism.
