A discussion on the finance related demands of We See You WAT, the movement calling for racial equality in American Theatre. In June 2020 they published a list of demands for making American Theatre more equitable. Theatre artist Alaina Newell joins us for the first of two episodes discussing each finance related demand. Some are free or inexpensive, which theatre companies of any size can accommodate. Others require a bit of money and are aimed at bigger theatre companies and commercial productions including Broadway.
