Sara Crasson joins us to discuss Flavors of Magic. We discuss how the first live performance went, if she made a profit, and if more shows are in the future.

These episodes are a reference for anyone wanting to put on a magic show.  Over the course of the four episodes, we’ve learned how Sara started with the idea, moved it to virtual events, and has now produced in person shows.

The budgeting, logistics, and psychology of the process are the same for a magic show as for any live event. These episodes are for anyone wanting to put together an evening of ANY live entertainment.

CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional Matt Kweller discusses what a financial planner is and does, how to determine if and when you should enlist one, and what you can do to prepare yourself for meeting with an advisor. We also discuss what a financial plan is, as well as what the fees and minimums are to work with a planner long term or meeting with them one time to create a custom financial plan. Part 2 of 2.

The goal with this two-part series is to create the best resource available for anyone wondering if they should get a financial planner. This can be a guide you can refer back to time and time again. I’ve already re-listened to this interview twice and I’ll likely refer back to it many times.

Matt and I chatted for over two hours. Instead of having one long two-hour episode, I decided to make it a two-part series.

Matt Kweller is a Senior Private Client Advisor at People’s United Advisors, formerly Gerstein Fisher in Midtown Manhattan. After graduating Penn State University, he spent four years at Vanguard working to launch their hybrid digital advice solution, Personal Advisor Services.
