Cookie has designed 26 Broadway shows including A Strange Loop, The Piano Lesson, Slave Play, and The Cher Show. She has been nominated for three Drama Desk Awards for hair and makeup design.

Cookie started at The Santa Fe Opera and has now designed in nearly every opera house in the USA. She has also designed in theaters from Arena Stage, to New York City Center, to Washington DC’s Ford’s Theater.
